Can’t find the model or colour in store? We’ll special order any Thule item for you. Most orders arrive in 3–4 business days from order confirmation. Book a demo.

How it works — simple 3-step process

Step 1 — Choose

You can special order directly through our website here or through email. Or by email: just tell us the model, colour and accessories you want (you can use the Canadian Thule website for reference).
Step 2 — Confirm

We’ll confirm ETA, shipping/ delivery details (if required) and send out a formal invoice. Most special orders arrive in 3–4 business days from order confirmation; we’ll notify you if there are delays or backorders.
Step 3 — Receive

Pick up in store, choose local delivery or shipping (charges may apply).

Shipping, delivery & lead times

Typical lead time: Most special orders arrive in 3–4 business days from order confirmation. We’ll confirm the exact ETA when we place your order with Thule Canada.

Local delivery: Free! See our delivery zone here.

Provincial/national shipping: We can ship across Canada — shipping fees and transit times vary by province and will be quoted at confirmation.

Backorders & delays: Some colours or limited editions may take longer. If an item is backordered, we’ll offer alternatives or the option to cancel for a full refund.

Assembly & pickup: We can pre-assemble strollers for pickup; please request assembly when placing your order.

Payment & deposits

Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Visa Debit, and in-store cash.

Deposit policy: A deposit may be required for special orders (typically 20% of the order total). We’ll confirm deposit requirements on the order confirmation.

Taxes: All prices shown include applicable G.S.T./H.S.T./P.S.T. where required.

Returns, cancellations & warranty

Cancellations: Special orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours, cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fees.

Returns: Special orders are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund.

Warranty & servicing: Thule manufacturer warranty applies to strollers and accessories. Wild Baby will assist with warranty claims and service coordination.
