🇺🇸 Updated U.S. Shipping Process

Due to the recent increase in U.S. duty rates, we’ve temporarily updated our shipping process for all U.S. orders.

How to place your order:

1. Shop online as usual.
2. At checkout, select Store Pickup. (you will need to change your country to Canada from United States)
3. Once your order is placed, we’ll email you a separate invoice for shipping and duties, along with a request to confirm your shipping address.
4. Once the invoice is paid, we’ll ship your order.

Shipping & Duty Rates

• Flat-rate shipping: $20 CAD
• Duties: 40% of your order total (in Canadian dollars)
• Free shipping on orders over $175 CAD (duties still apply).

Example

Order total: $100 CAD

Duty charge (40%): $40 CAD
Shipping: $20 CAD

Total additional invoice: $60 CAD

Important

• To avoid holding inventory for extended periods, invoices must be paid within 3 hours of being sent. Unpaid invoices will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

Final Sale Policy

Because of the significant costs associated with international shipping, duties, and customs processing, all orders shipped to the United States are final sale.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on U.S. orders once they have been shipped.
