Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
While we don't offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or store credit. Just bring your items (in new condition with original tags) within 15 days of purchase. You will be required to show a receipt or proof of purchase.

ALL sale items are FINAL sale. 

Bathing suits are FINAL sale.

ALL holiday items are FINAL sale. 


Orders within Canada: A full exchange or store credit will be gladly offered on unopened, unused or undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in saleable condition, with all original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We regret that we cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your Wild Baby experience.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided you send us a cancellation request within 1 hour from the time of purchase. 

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES 
the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of their exchange including any customs charges or duties that may be incurred. Please ensure you have kept the original tags attached, have the original receipt and the returning item is free from wear.
