Shipping Update

Due to the recent increase in duties and import costs for shipments entering the United States, we have temporarily paused standard shipping to U.S. addresses.

We understand this may be disappointing for our U.S. customers, but this change allows us to provide accurate pricing and avoid unexpected costs or delays.

Ordering from the U.S.

We are still happy to ship to customers in the United States on a request basis.

If you would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing. We will:

• Review your order and shipping destination.
• Provide a quote for shipping and any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.
• Confirm the total cost before processing your order.
• US orders will receive FREE shipping (duties not covered) on orders over $250 CAD
• You can expect to pay roughly $20 for shipping & about 40% of the Canadian retail value for duties. 

Once the shipping and duty charges have been approved and paid in full, your order will be prepared and shipped.

Final Sale Policy

Because of the significant costs associated with international shipping, duties, and customs processing, all orders shipped to the United States are final sale.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on U.S. orders once they have been shipped.
